Complex speech disorders appear as a handicap requiring multidisciplinary care in places linked to the different areas of a young person’s life. Presenting the program elaborated by the Bossuet sessad (Service d'éducation spéciale et de soins à domicile) illustrates the pertinence of a global care structure for young people suffering from dysphasia. The rhythmicity of care within an integrating area enables them to weave their experiences and elaborate their thoughts. The case-study of Tom reveals the efficiency of this care service in which continuity, content, respect of evolution and speaking are fundamental.
