Adopted, knowing or not knowing where one comes from?
Type de matériel :
83
Knowing where one comes from, who gave us life, is a central question in the construction of adoptive identity. It represents a dynamic conflictual axis, one that has to be faced in order to assume the adoption that each person will integrate in his own way in the light of the information he has received about his history, his family context, his personality, his defences, his encounters and the stages of his development. In the course of this particular dialectical process of identity, entangled with the weaving of links, symptoms will inevitably develop. Various forms of this process of elaboration and accompaniment will be illustrated by clinical vignettes.
