To say that adolescence is a time of metamorphosis is unavoidable, as much as banal. Puberty often occurs brutally, and answers to an uncontrollable biological logic. The hazards of the psycho-corporal integration in adolescence take various forms. The disorders of the perception and representation of the body, accompany a good number of psychological sufferings at this age of life, and this, on one or more dimensions, with variable intensities and durations. It is important to be able to identify them in order to propose a therapeutic project adapted to each adolescent. We will discuss the difficulties encountered by two adolescents, Léa and Luizi, and describe a “body image” psychomotricity group offered to adolescents in a CMP.
