Type de matériel :
45
The presence of homeless drug users in Bogotá is marked by constant tensions. They have been the object of extreme, sometimes systematic, violence for many decades in the Colombian capital. Through the prism of an ethnographic approach and a historical exploration, the purpose of this article is to analyse these forms of violence in the sharing of the city and their links with the recent history of the city and the country. It reflects on risks, fear, urban insecurity, vulnerabilities, institutional actions, the morality of cleanliness, while trying to unravel the underground network of relationships that make these forms of violence possible and persistent.
