Here are some rather scattered remarks concerning the quite unique institutional experience which has existed in the Psychological Medical Center (CMP) of Vanves for children and adolescents since 1969. Obviously, these remarks do not strive to present a “model” that is to be reproduced. Rather, they seek to support the hypothesis that the mixture of psychoanalysis with the institution is not without testing the former on certain precise points of its articulation between doctrine and praxis.
