Maternal Hate and Father-Daughter Incest
Type de matériel :

This article treats the singular relationship between the mother and her daughter who share an excessive love predominated by hatred and the fantasy of maternal infanticide in the case of father-daughter incest. This relationship is revisited through the Freudian concept of the “dark continent” and Lacan’s “ravage”. Indeed, if “ravage” stands out as an inevitable passage of a woman in her relationship with her mother, it does not include the fantasy of murder. It involves, in the case of incest, a failure in this stage of the ravaging mother-daughter relationship. The article examines the question of father-daughter incest as the realisation of incest with the primitive mother.
