To close our ‘Covid-19: Causes Impacts and Strategies’ forum, which aims to cast light on different — economic, social, health-related, food-related, ecological etc. — aspects of the Covid-19 crisis, our agrifood specialist Céline Laisney offers an insight into what the crisis in this sector has led to or revealed.
