The author describes the relevance of the Gestalt phenomenological practice to the evolution of the social structure, where the body is put to the test in a society that requires an increasingly greater human being to face new challenges at the risk of making them deaf or absent to their organic world. The therapeutic relationship, from a field posture, centered on the awareness of experience through the practice of attention, is the best antidote to this progressive and massive devitalization.
