From mandated participation to embodied participation

The goal of this article is to question participation through conceptual issues, outcomes, and achievements. Based on multidimensional disciplinary contributions and considerations stemming from experience, the aim is to support the various stages of participation, as well as to account for the lever offered between the different methodological approaches. Proposals, catalyzed around the concept of social identity, will be the subject of considerations of operationalizing participation, particularly in training and research.
