This psychoanalysis article aims to show that the tool of analysis of professional practice is a machine allowing the establishment of a collective transference neurosis. Where debates on the typical treatment have largely divided its practitioners, this tool does not depend on a particular technique or trend. We will emphasize the conditions for its implementation and the clinical signs, the symptoms on which the clinician will rely, to produce a favorable change.
