Too often in services, educators question how to put the user at the center of their care. The need seems to be methodological in nature. Thus, this article constitutes a kind of praise of the contribution of spiral pedagogy in thinking about the co-construction of care. Based on the concrete illustration of a fishing activity, it tends to make accessible this practice that sees the user as a subject and pushes professionals to structure their listening capacity and educational proposals far from the paternalist or strictly authoritarian positions.
