Digital pedagogical innovations and the pooling of profession-specific skills: An act of human resource management

The research will be based on an analysis of twenty-eight in-depth interviews. It aims to enrich our understanding of the difficulties related to human resource management in the deployment of digital pedagogical tools to teaching staff and support services.
