The World Summit of Information Society has confirmed the necessity to promote cultural diversity in the web. It means that contents productions which considers various cultures (educations) and particular contexts must be encourraged. In the prospect of “e-inclusion”, this article proposes to understand the way that africans french speaking internauts adapt new technologies to their needs, by showing specifics uses. Indeed, if the technology remains an universal phenomenon, its use is in relation with internaut social and cultural membership. In the other way, believes, and people way of life influences individual and collective uses of technology.
