The Nordic Council: old partnership, new challenges

This article sets out to provide some answers to the question of whether the way in which the Nordic Council operates as a body for interparliamentary cooperation will change with regard to defence and security policy issues when three of the Nordic countries are members of both the European Union and NATO with the integration of Finland and Sweden, while two of them, Iceland and Norway, are members of NATO only.
