Par : Contributeur(s) : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2015. Sujet(s) : Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : The objective of this article is to analyze whether the Burgundy wine sector is promoting a sustainable logistics and how they implement it. The population studied consists of three types of actors: growers, cooperatives, and traders. We were able to separate companies into two categories in order to identify the main trends in sustainable logistic strategies. The first category consists of companies with more sophisticated logistics while the second relates to smaller businesses and those that give secondary importance to such strategies. However we show that other elements contribute to greater consideration of sustainable development. Thus, small companies that have delegated certain functions to external logistics providers with whom they have a true relationship of proximity, who have succeeded in forging sustainable partnerships with stake-holders, notably clients, or have developed innovations like the mutualization of logistics or the use of batch carriers, can also be efficient in sustainable logistics and economic performance (cost reduction).
