Par : Contributeur(s) : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2020. Sujet(s) : Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : Freedoms and constraints are concepts that have been debated in the field of psychiatry since its inception and that remain relevant today.. The industrialized countries that have developed a mental health care system have experienced an ambulatory shift for humanist, economic reasons and in a context of neuroleptic discovery. In France, the PDS appeared in the law of 5 July 2011 revised in 2013. This article presents the result of a double review of the mixed systematic literature in France and internationally. It explores qualitatively and quantitatively the contents of the writings on PDS in French literature and the themes addressed by researchers concerning the equivalent of SDPs abroad. This work is part of a broader reflection, initiated by the GCS-CCOMS (Groupement de Coopération Sanitaire-Centre Collaborateur de l’OMS) for Research and Training in Mental Health in Lille. Cet état de l’art sur le sujet réaffirme sa complexité, située à l’interface d’enjeux juridiques, éthiques, sociétaux et sanitaires.
