COVIDOM is an e-health application that allows patients with (or suspected of having) COVID-19 without severe symptoms to benefit from tele-follow-up at home that uses medical questionnaires. It has highlighted preexisting psychiatric disorders (mood disorders, addiction), panic attacks, and a specific pathology: the suffering of caregivers impacted by COVID-19 and pathological grief. Grief was related to premature bereavements or the inability to be there during the final moments of a loved one's life. For caregivers, the feeling of guilt was prevalent, whether linked to the feeling of having abandoned one's co-workers or the fear of passing on the virus to loved ones. The recognition of these problems as an occupational illness is important for their management.
