An autistic fantasy is not having a body able to contain all parts of the personality in a coherent set. Autistic people look for a borrowed body allowing them to face their deep anxieties of spilling, exploding, dividing. From a precise clinical material extracted from psychoanalytical work with autistic patients, the author shows their tendancy to use their ill-organized, diffuse and non drive-directed sexuality as a mantle protecting them against their anxieties. Some people with gender dysphoria use this mechanism of defense where a pseudo-sexuality without a precise object is used as a defense against autistic anxieties.
