Type de matériel :
34
The shortcomings of the judicial power in the guarantee of individuals rights during the Pinochet’s dictatorship are due to the support of the military regime by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has used all the legal mechanisms at its disposal to ensure that the courts would not constitute barriers to the military agenda.
