This empirical study, based on fifty semi-structured face-to-face interviews, offers an in-depth analysis of the dark side of national cultural diversity in workplace teams, focusing on Tunisia. It highlights the negative effects generated by an unmanaged heterogeneity of national cultural frameworks on team performance. It also examines the conditions for greater social inclusion at work.
