Deaf patients have poorer health indicators than the general population and face numerous obstacles regarding quality of information, particularly regarding nutrition. The aim of this study is to describe the organization of educational workshops led by a multidisciplinary team trained in sign language. The first section describes dietary habits following the implementation of these workshops and limitations. The second section aims to understand Deaf people’s environment and demonstrates the educational value of these workshops by introducing the concepts of community health and health literacy.
