This paper focuses on changes in the labor market and educational contexts in developing countries. It aims at analyzing the issue of lifelong education in sub-Saharan countries within a framework of sustainable development. More specifically, we underline the contribution of college-level, professional training based on sharing and transfer of knowledge and expertise.
