This article aims to explore the ethical context in Tunisian companies as perceived by employees through the study of the concept of an ethical work climate. The results of the qualitative exploratory research highlighted the existence of divergent perceptions of the predominant ethical work climate in their organizations. This involves appropriate managerial practices and ethical actions.
