Africa's infrastructure needs and financing are immeasurable. Among the main funders, China and its actors have the particularity of being able to build the infrastructure they finance. Our study shows that they intervene mainly through service delivery, that their interventions are not different from others, and that they are predominantly oriented towards transport in West Africa.
