We reviewed existing literature on coral reef, mangrove and seagrass ES in Pacific Small Island Developing States, a region that is highly vulnerable to current oceanic changes. Our results highlight geographic and methodological research gaps and underscore the need to increase the use of non-monetary indicators in ES assessments.
