When war becomes an attack on perception, and perception is conditioned ecologically; when ecology is one of the birth of experience, and the budding state modulates what is yet to come; when such modulation covers an unlimited “eternitarian” time lapse, and in that lapse there is the repetition of a future world of conflict; when such progress of a world of conflict plies the full spectrum, expressing itself as a force of life ? then the machinery of war can be said to be seizing the powers to create emergent futurity and as such, claims the chaosmatic “onto-power” of the “shock.”
