The Spanish example of Podemos shows how to escape from the limits of the horizontal politics of movement, however rich but too often fruitless, towards the vertical politics of government. This gesture of auto-constitution, organization and representation raises not only issues of spatiality, but also issues of temporality : how to make it strong and lasting ? What really matters is the (re)creation of a flow of political movement, an open system of governance from below which maintains together movement and government—through constant constituent debates and through the extension of these debates to all citizens.
