The transformations that are affecting all organizations today stem from the mutation relating to the economic system based on which organizations appraise the efficacy of employees on the sole criterion of profitability. This system results in the frightening growth of destructive and self-destructive phenomena. The issue of categories of psychosocial risks has its place and its meaning in this context. Is this a new construction designed to forestall social conflicts which could spring up from this explosive growth of malaise in organizations?
