Work, Subjectivity, and Trust

Par : Contributeur(s) : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2012. Sujet(s) : Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : In this article, the authors open a discussion on trust within the context of work. They outline how a definition of work, which places subjectivity at its core, is not only characterized by individual commitment to the activity but also requires relationships between the agents who preside over the construction and formalization of work rules. These rules are basically the effective forms of cooperation that should be differentiated from prescribed forms of coordination. The building of trust depends on these forms of cooperation at work. The responsibility of management as regards respect of the compatible conditions for the building of trust in work relations is outlined at the end of the article. The analysis as a whole is based on the clinical and theoritical approach of work psychoanalysts.
