Specificities of poor worker’s defense strategies in Brazil

Par : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2018. Sujet(s) : Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : This text present 3 surveys of work psychodynamic realised with poor workers in Brazil. These surveys were able to show a subjective relationship to work related to the struggle for survival. The analysis of the phenomena shows that struggle for survival would modify the subjective relation to the work by causing a particular disengagement concerning its contents. This would explain the massive turnover observed in Brazil in poor and unskilled workplaces in particular. The author will hypothesize too about the causes of the employers’ negative perception towards this specific category of employees.
