As the modern world is constantly changing, companies have to keep abreast of the latest developments and withstand both internal and external pressures, while also adapting to different political and socio-economic circumstances. This research was conducted in line with a dynamic of continuous improvement to reflect the ever-shifting world we live in. We have put forward proposals that help improve the quality of leaders’ management approaches in times of crisis and revitalize companies in crisis situations.
