Same-sex families: itinerary of psychoanalytic research
Type de matériel :
27
In the context of this article, the authors present the thread of their respective and sometimes common studies that they have carried out over the past fifteen years, dealing with different configurations of same-sex parenting (lesbian parenthood, co-parenting, surrogate motherhood for gay fathers). More specifically, the authors demonstrate, based on the presentation of clinical vignettes, how they have approached the experience of parenthood in homosexual subjects through the prism of the updating of preoedipal and oedipal intrapsychic conflicts, using psychoanalytic concepts such as the psychic function of the third, psychic bisexuality, and the fantasy of the primal scene. This perspective of intrapsychic analysis is in line with the link to previous generations as well as with the relationship of the couple, the link to the third in the procreation, and the link to the children.
