Migrations old and new bring out the peculiarities of mental health problems. These psychic problems present the professionals involved with specific questions. In this article, we propose a number of lines of interpretation and of clinical action, drawing on social and cultural anthropology, as well as a multidisciplinary device. This approach is based on the consideration of the cultural and social supports of subjectivity, as well as on the loss and the efficiency of these supports. It also bases itself on a cooperative work of interpretation and elaboration involving the co-participants within the framework of a specific device for clinical transcultural intervention.
