Is there a future for the liberal world order?
Type de matériel :
52
The liberal world order resulted from an organisation which began in the 18th century with the emergence of Western powers. The liberal internationalism born of the consequences of the Second World War has been dominated by the United States in particular yet is being questioned by new powers such as China which reject the rules of democracy. The question is whether the liberal democratic model still has a future.
