For the design of a model, the level of “system” is particularly important as a guide for the application and reading of the strategies to be placed and coordinated. Globalization has created a constant aspect of induction to identities imposed by the more developed countries to the developing or peripheral countries. The negative effects of globalization on the general population urges the different actors, governments, entrepreneurs, civil society, educational institutions, to act with social responsibility in response to the postulates of the new social and economic order that emerges from the enormous unbalances originated in the 21st century. The aim of this research is to change the corporate hub of debate on Social Responsibility to focus on a public university. This will answer the question: to what extent do discursive practices and social responsibility respond to a model of social inclusion? For this purpose, a documentary review of the main international agreements on Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility is done. The purpose is to propose a model of educational linkage for social development, focused on sustainability and social responsibility.
