Learning processes of tacit knowledge. The case of an “alebrijes” workshop

The aim of this article is to analyze the learning processes of traditional knowledge in the elaboration of alebrijes, carved wood that represents the “fantastic world of the dreams of a Zapotec people”. Based on the theoretical approaches on the types of knowledge, the learning processes and their transfer in the organization, the case of the workshop “Jacobo and María Ángeles” located in the municipality of San Martín Tilcajete Oaxaca is addressed.
