Social responsibility and human resources management: an ambiguous relationship

Policy management of human resources in companies is changing with the context and is influenced by the logic of social responsibility. The objective throughout this article is to show that the logic of social responsibility adopted by the leader influence significantly the policy management of human resources of his company. The main results of a survey based on 122 SMEs, in Cameroun show that taking into account social aspects and societal has an influence on the Cameroonian SMEs recruitment policy.
