In order to study creativity management practices within CCAs where creativity is essential for the sustainability of the company, we conducted a diagnosis based on the six domains defined by the socio-economic management (SEAM) model developed by ISEOR. Our analysis has shown the importance of implementing the creative leadership needed to stimulate this creativity. The analysis of the dysfunctions linked to the management of creativity enabled us to observe that certain practices considered as inhibiting to creativity in the literature are actually sources of stimulation of the creative potential.
