The psychological contract is defined as an employee’s belief in mutual duties between his/her employer and him/herself. These are based solely on the perception of the organization’s promises, which do not necessarily match with reality. Our study seeks to measure the perception of the fulfillment of the psychological contract by the sample of 119 ungraduated workers from a French automobile plant in restructuring situation. The results show that workers perceive the fulfillment of the employer’s obligations as well as the fulfillment of their obligations in the presence of a Perceived Organizational Support (POS).
