To teach Information Technology (IT) implies a dramatic change in the flows of knowledge, to allow individuals of all ages developing the ability to find, create and communicate information in today’s contemporary culture.This research paper analyzes digital literacy processes adopted by a local government in the province of Buenos Aires. This local government has been developing various IT teaching and training initiatives for its citizens to foster their personal, social and professional progress.
