Organizational learning: a key driver of overall business performance

With the arrival of generations Y and Z in the working world, the role of the manager has to be more oriented towards collaborative practices favoring intergenerational cohesion. This article studies the impact of organizational learning on overall performance. The structural equations method is used to test the hypotheses on a sample of 105 companies located in Cameroon. The results confirm the conceptual model and underscore the importance of operationalizing the concept of organizational learning. More specifically, the results show that the acquisition of knowledge, adaptation to the environment and the transfer of knowledge increase the overall performance of the company.
