It’s time for age management to retire: a literature review
Type de matériel :
68
Despite the increase in the employment rate of senior workers, the success of policies aimed at extending working life remains unsatisfactory. Our literature review questions the role played by the age management concept in this relative failure. We highlight its constructional flaws, and in particular the fact that it neglects the major issue of health and working conditions. We then propose the concept of “health-at-work driven employability and pathways management” (HAWDEP management), specifically designed to put health back at the heart of the debate.
