Higher education faces the need to offer alternatives according to public and private sectors requirements, currently require incorporating their graduates into the labor market, but at the same time there is a strong tendency to promote an entrepreneurial culture in students as an Laboral alternative. Due to its characteristics, dual education was especially affected by the pandemic, for this purpose a dual training model was proposed that would make the study plans more flexible, the proposal is based on the model and the TecNM regulations and reorients the training actions in three basic components; Dual training oriented to technological development, flexibility of the study plan and incorporation of additional activities such as second and third languages or certification of labor competencies and entrepreneurial development of the participants. The main contributions of the model are automatic qualifications, professional experience of the participants, highly qualified human capital and greater employability of the graduates. For these purposes, the model has been called a dual education model oriented towards technological development and entrepreneurship.
