Type de matériel :

The financial literature in recent decades has paid considerable attention to the analysis of financial decisions on the one hand, but also to firm performance on the other. The objective of this study is to explore the influence of financial decisions on firm performance in the Cameroonian context. Based on a statistical analysis followed by a multiple linear regression conducted on a sample of 298 large firms, the results highlight the significant influence of financial decisions on the performance of firms. These results indicate that leverage has a positive influence on firm performance, and that dividend payments have a positive effect on firm performance.
