Ethics and spirituality in the workplace: when law and religion deformalize
Type de matériel :
88
The return of spiritual reference points in management is considered in light of the legal status of religion and ethics in the workplace. Two stages of deformalization are linked to this reference point, which blurs the boundaries with classical perceptions of religion and destabilises the relationship with any kind of religious or legal normativity. The reaffirmation of a personal spontaneity is at stake, both in the religious (or philosophical) domain and in the practice of all collective life. Nevertheless, this double movement of deformalization and relegitimization raises the double challenge of establishing a new relationship with the diversity of normative reference points and ensuring their interaction in an ethical reflective community.
