Trends and changes in the public funding of associations

These transformations have an impact on the development of the non profit sector by increasing its role as social public policy operator and by setting up social public policies priorties according to the solvency of the categories of users. Lastly these transformations speed up inequalities within local associative networks which are now largely dependent on local financing capabilities.
