From intention to risk-taking. The role of commitment during the volitional phase of the entrepreneurial process
Type de matériel :
29
The conditions leading to risk-taking during the volitional phase are examined. The study draws upon a sample of 163 student-entrepreneurs. Several configurations are described using the technique of fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis. Risk-taking occurs when intention combines with one or two forms of commitment. When intention is not a condition, only one form of commitment is sufficient for risk-taking to occur.
