Post-adolescence, a Developmental Stage
Type de matériel :
9
The author has developed the hypothesis that there is a post-adolescent stage that is distinct from both adolescence and adulthood. This is the stage at which a mature psychic state can be established as a result of the work in resolving the infantile and adolescent conflicts involved in the pressure of the transition to adulthood. The specific nature of the clinical practice of post-adolescence with its psychopathological and transference-countertransference dimensions can then be postulated.
