The author considers two different logical modes in the mind that are juxtaposed without being linked up with each other: (a) the associative mode which makes use of representations, respects causality and determinations without, however, reaching a complete representation; (b) the connective mode which “receives” the outside, the unrepresented, and appropriates what presents itself without representative mediation. There is a movement back and forth between the two logics whereby each limits the other. There exists, moreover, a powerful force which makes us feel One along the continuous path of time. In his latest book (Moreno, 2016), the author refers to a psychoanalysis which seeks to produce changing and unpredictable cards in the immanence of the analytic situation.
