Autoerotisms that are defective in adult analysis are deployed through the processing of the autoerotisms in sensations. These privilege instantaneity and instinctual drive acting out. The analysis of auto-erotic deficiencies associated with the transference/countertransference work makes it possible to desexualise these dissociations in the patient and to recathect the sensations linked to the autoeroticisms in representations. The work of resexualisation is thus engaged in order to bring about a reunification of psychic bisexuality and primary and secondary identifications.
